Service

Wearzio provides custom athletic wear manufacturing services including but not limited to:

• OEM/ODM manufacturing of yoga wear, sportswear, and athletic apparel
• Custom design and pattern development services
• Sample production and testing services
• Bulk manufacturing with quality assurance
• Packaging and logistics coordination

All services are subject to our production capabilities, material availability, and agreed specifications as outlined in individual project contracts.

Minimum Order Quantities: Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per style per color. Smaller quantities may be accommodated at premium pricing.

Sample Production: Sample delivery typically requires 7-10 business days. Sample fees are refundable upon confirmation of bulk orders meeting minimum quantities.

Production Timeline: Bulk production requires 25-35 business days from confirmed order and approved samples, subject to order complexity and seasonal demand.

Payment Schedule:

• 30% deposit required upon order confirmation
• 70% balance due before shipment
• Sample fees payable in advance via bank transfer or PayPal

Price Validity: Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from quotation date. Material price fluctuations may affect final pricing for orders confirmed beyond this period.

Client Designs: Clients retain ownership of their original designs, logos, and branding elements. Wearzio will not reproduce or distribute client designs to third parties.

Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client designs, specifications, and business information throughout and beyond our business relationship.

Technical Processes: Wearzio retains ownership of proprietary manufacturing processes, technical specifications, and production methodologies.

Delivery Terms: Standard delivery terms are FOB (Free on Board) from our manufacturing facility. Risk transfers to client upon shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet agreed delivery dates, we are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Inspection Period: Clients must inspect goods within 7 days of receipt and notify us immediately of any discrepancies or quality issues.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or market losses.

Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions beyond our reasonable control excuse performance delays.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Resolution Process: Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.

Language: All legal proceedings will be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

Wearzio reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to existing clients via email with 30 days advance notice.

Continued use of our services after term modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Clients who disagree with modifications may terminate existing agreements subject to fulfillment of current orders.
