What file formats do you accept for embroidery designs?
We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) and high-resolution raster files (PNG, JPG) at 300 DPI minimum. Vector files are preferred for the best results. We can also work with hand-drawn sketches and convert them to digital formats.
What's the minimum order quantity for embroidered items?
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design. This allows us to maintain cost-effectiveness while ensuring high quality. For smaller quantities, we may be able to accommodate special requests with adjusted pricing.
How long does the embroidery process take?
Sample creation takes 7 days, and full production requires 25-35 days depending on order quantity and complexity. Rush orders may be available for additional fees. We provide regular updates throughout the production process.
Can you match specific brand colors?
Yes, we can match Pantone colors and provide color matching services. We have access to over 500 thread colors and can source special colors for large orders. We always provide a sample for color approval before production.
What's the largest embroidery size you can accommodate?
Our maximum embroidery area is 15" x 15" (38cm x 38cm), suitable for large back designs. For chest logos, we recommend 2-4 inches, and for back designs, 6-12 inches works best. Size recommendations vary by garment type and placement.
Do you offer embroidery on performance fabrics?
Absolutely! We specialize in embroidery on technical athletic fabrics including moisture-wicking polyester, spandex blends, and other performance materials. We use appropriate stabilizers and techniques to maintain fabric stretch and performance properties.
What's included in the digitization service?
Our digitization service includes converting your artwork to embroidery format, stitch optimization, density adjustments, and one round of revisions. The digitized file becomes part of our library for easy reordering, and you receive a copy for your records.
Can you embroider on garments I provide?
We focus on complete garment manufacturing with embroidery included. This ensures optimal quality control and fabric compatibility. However, for special circumstances or existing inventory, we may consider embroidery-only services on a case-by-case basis.
